Then I went back to them today on Bailey Street to get an account statement and one of them said to me, “You cannot return the month of September.”
Unfortunately, their treatment is not at the desired level

I was considering opening an account but it’s impossible to speak with a representative over the phone. Does not even give the option to receive a call back which is ridiculous.

Bank of America has been my bank since before the name changed to Bank of America. It is a significant staple in our community, and centrally located. This location provides good customer service.

This place is in a bad location to crowded has a security guard first time in this branch bank rep very helpful could not get bank card to accept phone payment stated could not be verified what does that even mean after rep helped me to get verify identity code it worked

This place opens too late and closes too early. Also think they should be open for a few hours on Saturday mornings for people that cant get in because they work on the weekdays and cant make it during the open hours.
