Great service I came with no appointment and they help me to open business account in less then 20 minutes, the banker Thavil and the other girl with them were very helpful and kind

I went there to try to open an account with a previous appointment, as a canadian resident, with the 2 pieces of ID required, the 2 woman working there didn't want to even check my documents or try to open an account. They just said that if i wasn't a resident of the USA i couldn't open an account, that is obviously false but they didn't want to even try o check with a supervisor, i believe it was a discrimination because not being a usa resident is not an impediment to open an account.

This has been my bank for at least 18 years now. I went in today to get a simple notary for a form and was rudely dismissed by an attendant who said the notary was with someone now and that someone else was next in line and there was no one else there. An intelligent person that was customer focused would’ve simply asked the others waiting if they could help me for the minute it would take before sitting down with them. It was only signing two papers! Or present another option. Not dismiss me like I was a pest. So I went over to a bustling key bank with way more staff on hand and they were more than happy to help me. So I’ll be closing my account soon and taking my business, including a mortgage in the next year or two to a bank that was delightful and not too busy to help me.

Tried calling during business hours 20 times throughout the day….from right at open until almost closing, they refuse to newer phones inside and just hope you’ll do appointments online….slowly becoming one of those worst options in America…

Cute building clean interior nice staff safe neighborhood easy parking. They closed the branch I knew due to COVID and the whole no cash deposits at a bank is kinda weird but that's corporate these guys just follow orders.

I’ve banked here for ten years and the staff is very nice. However, it seems that every time I visit recently there’s a sign in the window saying they’re closed due to circumstances beyond their control. Come on, BOA—surely you must have the resources to keep a heavily trafficked and highly visible branch open. It’s starting to get tiresome!

Too bad that I had to give one star, i wanted to give no stars. Closing my account that has over 15k in it tomorrow and closing the safe deposit box. I do not know the name of the female manager there, but she is hard to understand, not helpful, and had to ask tellers how to get me a safe deposit box, which no one could do until the next day. Wasted over two hours opening an account and trying to get a safe deposit box. This was after spend over half an an hour waiting for my appointment. I described the size box I needed, and was assured that the size I needed was available. Coming back the next day, it took quite a while for me to get a box, which was much smaller than I wanted. Another hour wasted. Customer service at BOA has reached an all time low. BANK WITH THEM? NEVER, And I suggest you don't either.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service. They’re super late and have wasted 2 hours from us and did not call us so we left. Will never return again!
