DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I rented the jacuzzi suite for a romantic getaway for $420 the hotel delayed our checkin by 30mins to clean. I honestly dont know what was being cleaned. It was anything but romantic. If i could give the cleanliness a negative score I would. Garbage piled up high in the corners of the elevator (food wrappers, old food, dirt) That have appeared to have been there for awhile. The 3rd floor was a nightmare. Upon exiting the elevator you're greeted with the pungent smell of mold, stained sticky floors, long overdue for a cleaning and garbage everywhere in fact the garbage remained where it was from checkin to check out. There were people sleeping in the hallways, kids running the halls banging on doors until 3am (don't expect to sleep) More concerning was the hvac intake dripping black mold next to our door. The room fit the rest of the 3rd floor, The tub was broken a homemade seal protruding from The facet handle, the drain wouldn't retain water. The tub was sticky with something pink and covered in hair. The drawers next to the bed also overlooked full of weed shake, ashes and you guessed it more hair. Only one clearly overworked desk attendant never seen another employee. I'm really perplexed how this place has gotten so many decent reviews considering it takes some time to let something fall this far into disrepair. Do not be fooled by the reviews! I spent $420 for one night at this hotel and feel like charging that amount for what we received should be criminal. In closing if you're looking for an overpriced sleepless night in a dirty hotel with black mold this is the stay for you. Pictures included.

Great location and free parking is appreciated, however avoid staying on the first floor, we were close to the fitness center and the breakfast area and got woken up by the noise every morning. Terrible isolation. Also very bad bedding, smaller sheets than mattress and no duvet, disappointing for a $250+/night stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, the staff were all great, the room was a good layout. A bit tired and could use a bit of a refresh but comfortable and had everything we needed expect for a robe. We loved the open elevator and the breakfast had a huge selection - way more options than I was expecting. Everyone was very full. And free parking!! Would definitely go back.

We had to relocate to another room. Our first choice smelled unpleasant with pot ! Our second room the knob on the jacuzzi was dislodged and not working correctly. Not what I was anticipating.
Rooms: Rooms were clean but someone felt the room was a good place to smoke their weed !

The way they treat Simba, the beautiful African gray in the lobby is despicable. Whether intentional or not that poor baby needs to be out of the cage all day, or at the very least 8hrs. He has barely any toys in there and the cage is wayyyy to small for an African Grey. They have the intelligence of a 5 year old. How would you feel leaving a small 5 year old with these conditions and 2 toys? Would you feel good about it? The rooms were very nice but the owner needs to take better care of their pet. This is absolutely unacceptable

I give the hotel 4 stars, not 3, in terms of the rooms. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bathroom is clean, and there is an iron and an ironing board. Only the breakfast is poor in terms of availability and variety, but overall the hotel has excellent rooms.

Great location, rooms were large and clean, but the GM was horrible to deal with and clearly needs to work on his communication and guest servicing skills (comments based on own interactions but also overheard other guests interactions with the guy). Profits > service experience. Also sad to see the poor parrot in the cage... not at all needed for what the hotel is.
Rooms: Rooms were large and clean.
Nearby activities: Plenty of nearby activities
Safety: Good walkability but cars were speeding and taking red lights. I would love to see more police presence to control the poor driving.
Walkability: Sidewalks were large
Food and drinks: Plenty of good options

EXTREMELY RUDE STAFF
I had an extremely disappointing experience at the parking facility at 510 Delaware Ave. I booked a parking spot under my name for my boyfriend’s car, and upon arrival, we were informed by the front desk that our reservation was considered fraudulent. This caused a lot of stress, as my boyfriend was rushing to catch a bus to New York. To make things worse, the staff was incredibly rude and even threatened to tow the car, despite us having paid $60 for the spot.
When I later called on October 14 to check on the car’s safety, the rudeness continued. The staff insisted that if the car wasn't removed by 12 PM, it would be towed, even though our reservation was valid until 3:30 PM. I even spoke to the general manager, but instead of resolving the issue, they were just as rude and unhelpful. Although we eventually retrieved the car safely, the entire experience caused immense emotional stress, especially since my boyfriend has BP issues.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to avoid parking here if you want a stress-free experience. Management needs to seriously address their customer service issues.

overall hotel was good. room was clean. breakfast was your normal selections. could have used some more bread or pastry options. the gentleman running the breakfast was on top of it bringing out fresh food constantly. he was very friendly. we went on a Thursday and parking was limited. there were only a few spots left when we returned to the hotel. overall it worked for what we needed it for.

We weren't sure of the location in the city , so were a bit nervous. It wasn't bad..a little outdated, but clean and comfortable. The room was pleasant.
Rooms: Spacious king sized room, with separate toilet/shower and sink. No curtain, but the door kept things separated. Breakfast was good, and plentiful
Safety: The surrounding area looked somewhat questionable, but all was well

I was very disappointed in this Best Western. From the lack of parking spaces, the poor customer service from the desk clerks that were working both Sunday night and Monday morning and the poor layout of the
hotel room.
The only person that I met who showed great customer service was the maintenance man. The desk clerks were rude and could have cared less if we were there or not.
The morning breakfast person was rude and didn't want to give me any teabags for hot tea. She actually had the audacity to argue with me.
The room was terrible. The sheets were scratchy. The bed frame was too big for the mattress and we kept hitting it with our shins. That could be forgiven but what couldn't be forgiven or understood is the shower had no shower curtain or door so water got everywhere. Very unsanitary.
This Best Western needs someone to come and do a total makeover. They need to clean house and get rid of rude employees if they want to stay in business.

Good 3* hotel in Buffalo. It's a bit old, but still OK.
-> Good starting point to visit Niagara Falls.
Friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms including a large TV.
The breakfast is very minimalistic for us Europeans. The same thing every day and the selection is very limited. Eating is done with disposable plates and cutlery.
Generally a recommendable hotel.

For the price I had to pay for a last minute booking this hotel was pretty disappointing. The room was dirty and needed renovation but more basic issues were no off-street parking and no maid service.

Had a nice stay here on 6/12/24 . Only issue we had while checking in was that the elevator was down, so we had to walk up to our 2nd floor room and also when we came back during the evening, after a show. Only issue is there needs to be a brighter light in the bathroom , toilet 🚽 area. The breakfast was nice and had many choices . There was also free USA Today newspapers in the morning . Restaurants close by . We would stay here again .
Noteworthy details: No one can just hop on the elevator , if you're not a guest there, as you'll need your room key to use to operate the elevator, to your preferred floor . But we didn't get to do that, as the elevator was down when we checked in that afternoon and was down in the evening and was down again, the following morning .
