“Included in buying a new bike is a fitting, within 1-3 weeks after you pick it up. The fitting takes about an hour and is actually very nice. Alex was very knowledgeable and explained all the different aspects. Saddle height (where just 5 millimeters makes a difference), your position on the bike, the way you hold your feet, everything was reviewed and explained.If you already have a bike you can book a fitting too, I think for around $ 50. So if you are not comfortable riding your bike and visit Campus WheelWorks.A great shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff.”
“We had to bring my son’s e-bike in on 2 separate occasions for different issues. First was for tire replacement and the second time was for an issue with the chain. Adam was more than happy to help and get the bike back on the road. The chain issue he actually fixed on the spot and we didn’t even have to leave the bike.
He cares about his work and the customers he serves, and it shows. It’s great knowing there is a local small business we can support and will definitely ring the bike back whenever something is needed.”

While waiting for my bike I read online stories about the shop returning bikes to their owners that had been stolen, and brought in for sale. Later that day zinwalked by one of the bikes from these stories being used by its original owner again months after the post.
