Currently since the going out of business sale, they are promoting up to 50% off yet mainly all discounts are between 10 to 25% which is not a saving at all. So, my suggestion is still try and wait another week or 2 for you to get the most bang for your buck. Hopefully they will officially be between 50 to 75% off everything. And please note when stores are going out of business, everything is up for sale, display cases, racks, and other fixtures. If you can hold out, please do!

Stopped today to do some last minute Christmas shopping. Pucked our some really nice set if gift towels, there was a 50% off listing on the shelf. After we got through the store and waiting 20 minutes to check out. I over herd the cashier tell people that there store is closing. We'll sad to say we won't shop again. The cashier told me the towel sets were not 50% off. We took the manager to the shelf with the 50% off. She refused to honor the sale. I left a cart full of items and walked out. They did not even care because they are closing. Firstvthey dont take or debit as credit anymore, we have to enter a pin. No not anymore, not sad to see them close there doors. Hope it's before Christmas.

We came to the states nov 8 and my mom who was 90 that day asked us to take her to your store so we did.
You had three cans of eagle brand milk on the shelf all de ted so j asked thd young man if he could see if you had anymore jn the back that weren't dented. He said I will ask the manager sho name I found out was Ashley.
When he asked her in front of me it was a disgusted look she gave and Saud no and rushed past me. I used to love big lots but that was just awful the attitude so I will not be back

Too cluttered
Good prices but had coupon that checked to see when expired but didn't notice it expired 3am

Went in 7/22/2024, 5:30 pm to find a particular item, found it and some other things. The only thing I found very disturbing was how loud some store employees were talking on the floor. The cashier was very friendly.

The products were good for the price but there was a young cashier there that was using her apple watch during checkout not professional at all

I purchased a 7.5' pre-light LED artificial Christmas tree with dual lights. It was very easy to assemble and looks great! My wife and I just love it. The tree was a Cyber Monday Bargain @ 20% off deal!!!
