Went in to have my phone looked at, guy said he was gonna do a network transfer and it should only take a couple hours for me to have service again, it's been 17 hours and I still can't use my phone. My phone didn't recognize the new Sim at the store and the guy said it's fine. I can't call or text because he switched me to a network that my phone didn't support and then when I asked to go back to the old network, he couldnt.
Update: been without service for 2 days

I went in there a couple days ago you had a second line buy a new phone for my girlfriend. I was on the $40 plan at the time and they told me I had to upgrade to a family plan of $60 to add a line. So I bought another phone and they upgraded my plan $20 higher to the $60 plan I was there for an hour and a half afterwards they told me they were unable to add the second line after they had raised my plan to $60 so I asked him to put it back on the 40 plan since they could not add second line to the account $20 more Bill and only one working phone been with them for over 12 years this is the thanks I get thinking about switching now
