This shop is doing their thing and right! Found this little place while trying to restock my voodoo juice + tablets and they are easily 50% cheaper then any other store. I love supporting small businesses because they put it all on the line in hopes that it works out. So glad I found them because building new systems can get expensive quickly so saving a few buck here and there makes everyone happy. Thanks again for making it right!

The only place I go for growing supplies. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I travel from the south towns because of the atmosphere and customer service! You can’t go wrong with Buffalo Roots!

I’ve been going there for about three months or so
When I first came in there, I didn’t know anything about anything. All I know I wanted to grow some really good plants and these guys help me so much. And everyone I’ve dealt with in there has been really really cool man. I’m talking like they’ve gone up above and beyond the call of duty several times since I’ve been going in there and they treat everybody like that.
It’s my first grow all my plants are successful. I’m already in the flower phase going strong everything they’ve sold me is of the best quality and anytime I have any issue. All I gotta do is reach out to them and they help me all they can and if they can’t help me, they help me find the answers I need.
100% recommend them to anybody who is into indoor gardening of any kind

Great place and prices with a large selection of inputs including dry amendments for living soil if you plan on mixing your own including down to earth and Gaia green. Huge selection of soil including roots organic, fox farms, promix and my personal favorite, the entire bio line. Great staff unlike other hydro stores in WNY.

Got a compliment on my belt buckle. But that was about the end my nice experience. I'm there to get perlite. 5 risers. 8 cloth pots. And possibly other stuff. I get everything put together and get to the counter. I mention I'm going to try autos. "Why do you grow autos" "I ask every one this" I answer him and he quickly shoots me down with "I can do better faster autoflowers suck" "waste of money" no solutions, no reasoning, no suggestion. No reason to ever come back is what I hear. I told him they are way closer than green zone before this exchange. That a 10 minute drive from work to here was awesome. I asked about some soil I needed and was legitimately bummed I couldn't ome stop shop this place for what I needed. Then he decides to tell me that my next grow is pointless essentially. He could have talked about the nutrients I'm using, offered some supplemental ones. I talked about adding even more lights. He could have talked about that. I could have gotten some sort of suggestion for what I'm doing currently. Instead, he decides it's better to tell me I'm doing it wrong, offer nothing after that. Cash out, and let me walk away unhappy. Honestly I felt like garbage driving home. I'm in sales, I have strong opinions on certain things. I never. Ever. Tell someone what they have is terrible and then just let them walk away with no new knowledge. If what I have was legitimately bad, and he KNEW THAT for a fact. He should have offered what was factually a better product. That's sales dude. You don't make the customer feel like they made all the wrong decisions and then just let them walk away with nothing from you. You offer solutions to problems. I'm honestly more upset about how unprofessional the interaction was as opposed to his clear uneducated opinions. Dude was in his 30s, if he's younger it's was a rough 25. If he's the owners son he should still be sent to go flip burgers instead of letting money walk.
