Buffalo Storage was very clean, reasonable price, very nice owners/managers. if i had one complaint, it is i wish they had more transport carts.

Establishment is always neat and clean and access is guaranteed. The units are very spacious and I have never had an issue contacting management (the owner). Would highly recommend.

Owner must have enlisted friends and family to write reviews. The access hours are a joke. I have several storage units in the US, if it's not 24hr access as long as you enter before access stops you can stay til you finish. Not here!, 9pm means your @ss better be out by 9pm or the cops are called immediately. Fortunately the cops are aware of the owners shenanigans. When you give notice of move out, it needs to be done all at once, no multiple trips over multiple days, regardless if you've already paid for the rent in advance. Owner likes to add on additional fees at will. Ex: $200 cleaning deposit if the owner looks at you and feels like you're dirty, and your unit it quickly locked until you pay the deposit. Preventing you from moving out.

As much as I prefer local ownership vs big corporations, this place is the exception. "Owner" thinks that just because he puts something in the fine print it makes it legal. News flash: law 101, it does not. Upon notice to vacate the landlord suddenly requests an additional deposit and locks you out of your unit. Swears up and down that the deposit will be returned as soon as the unit is empty and broom swept. Sounds pretty sus if you're demanding a deposit a few days before moving out and holding the property hostage. I'm no lawyer but I'm pretty sure that would be extortion.

The information on the internet wasn't accurate. However I spoke with the people on the phone they agreed. Prices was too high.
