Just dome information. I called the owner of Burgio's for information regarding repair services for my 92" television . After a brief conversation with the owner, he told me that he no longer repairs televisions as he is retired. As we were conversing, I mentioned that I was a veteran, and he proceeded to assist me with information regarding my TV problem. To this gentleman, I thank you! for taking the time to assist me, in which he didn't have to. "Thank You!". This conversation took place on the 29th of November 2023

Called about repair for an older plasma panel. He actually had the exact same model panel available and offered me a great deal on it (cheaper than troubleshooting and repairing mine). Very happy with the outcome!

Wasn't sure if my less than two year old TV was able to be fixed. I had done some "YouTube" research and tried repairing it myself to no avail. Most places turned it away, or the cost to fix it was more than it's worth. I Called Burgio's, and he said bring it in, he'll give me his honest opinion. Called me the next day with what was wrong with it, and a fair price to fix it. Just watched the Bill's clinch the east on the TV now. Thanks Mr Burgio.

I am so impressed with how informative and helpful Burgios TV sales and service was ! Our little grandson accidentally ran into our large television screen with a toy and we called for advice as the screen was cracked. They were honest and empathetic regarding the sad outcome that it could not be repaired and took the time to advise us of suggestions of how to handle a fragile electronic in an upcoming move. Wonderful conversation and we appreciated it very much. Would call there again in a heartbeat!

I purchased a projector from Burgio’s TV and had an excellent experience. I received a great deal! I had no idea what a great deal till I started talking with others about my purchase. I was unfamiliar with higher end projectors. The projector was shipped and the gentleman sent me a message to verify that I had received it and it was in working condition. I did not have a media player or the correct cord to verify that it worked. I had to purchase those items unexpectedly (again, not familiar with higher end projectors). He was patient and understanding! He his a TOP NOTCH business man. I wish him much success in all his future endeavors!!!
