Absolutely do not bring your vehicle here.
I entrusted Gerber with my car following an accident that already required an extended two-month repair due to damages and parts delays. During that time, my car was broken into while in their possession, and several of my belongings were stolen—including a sentimental item from my late father. I trusted them to safeguard my vehicle as if it were their own, and that trust was completely disregarded.
To make matters worse, the rock used to break my window was left inside the car, along with shards of glass that were never fully cleaned out. Even after finally receiving my car back, it is still not in proper working order—there is now an abnormal noise coming from one of the tires that was never present before. Instead of addressing the issue, Gerber has refused responsibility and attempted to defer me elsewhere to prove their liability.
As for the stolen items, no effort has been made to remedy the situation or even acknowledge the seriousness of what was taken. What should have been a straightforward repair process has instead become a source of ongoing stress, frustration, and emotional strain.
If you value your vehicle, your peace of mind, and any sense of accountability from the company you choose, take your car anywhere else but here.

I could not be happy with the work...car runs great and looks brand new. The staff was kind and professional. It was my first time using a collision shop and after speaking to them, they really helped put my mind to ease. The gave me an estimated time frame for the work and met the deadline, which I personally thought was an optimistic time table. These guys are true professionals and have done great work, I would 100% trust them again.

I made an appointment a month ago using the company’s website. I got a confirmation text and had to get coverage at work in order to make it to the appointment on time. When I got there the secretary, Charlene, could not find my appointment in the system. When I expressed my disappointment Charlene raised her voice and told me that “I was getting smart with her”. I asked her to give me a moment as I was shocked to be spoken to that way. She then directed me to a different staff member who told me they couldn’t find me in the system. This staff member said that I needed to contact car wise. Apparently booking an appointment online doesn’t in fact give you an appointment it just leaves you to deal with a disrespectful secretary and an inconvenient situation. I would not recommend this business. Ive never had such poor customer service.

Keep pushing my repair date back. Won’t tell me until day of if I’m going to get my car that day or it will be pushed back a couple more days. Very friendly staff and front desk receptionist which is the best part about this place but very unprofessional in their service (mechanics). Wrong parts ordered for my car pushed the original due date back and wasn’t informed of it until day of making it difficult to plan anything. Do not come here.

Honestly everybody is not perfect and I do believe this place is a okay place the customer service was great only problem I had was I took my equinox hair to get a repair and I did read reviews that if you don't get the work done there or if you cancel the collision work that they're known for tampering with vehicles they thought it was a good idea to slice my muffler in half so on my way home from me picking up the vehicle my muffler is falling apart in different areas I am also a mechanic so I am well known that the muffler was cut there was no rust he literally cut it so he can fall off I'm not bashing them but I am saying this is wrong I'm a 26 year old male who was just in a car accident I do not deserve this but as a mechanic I will get it right and go about my day but that is wrong and I will be following up with News 4 call for action

I have had repairs done twice here and each time the work is stellar but the customer service is interstellar.
Charlene is the ultimate receptionist, she's amazingly patient and wonderful to work with. Matt went above and beyond in doing the work and even fixed something that wasn't on the agenda. Everyone I've interacted with here has been friendly and professional! Needing auto repairs is stressful, the people here take a lot of that stress off the customer.
I can't recommend them highly enough!

Charlene who works the front desk was amazing provided me with great customer service. The person who did my collision I haven’t had my morning coffee yet and forgot his name so I do apologize but he made my car look brand new again it’s looks better then when I got it!!! I can’t express how happy I am with the work they did. I will faithfully tell my coworkers,friends and family to take their car here because you won’t be disappointed.

The people there especially Charlene the front desk clerk always are respectful and they go above and beyond for there customers. Always had a great experience with them. My jeep was in an accident & everyone here was pleasant & Charlene was remarkable. She kept me updated on when my jeep was in the repairs, pained & finished. I was extremely happy with how everything was handled & how fast I got it back. Mechanics were extremely helpful. I definitely will go back to this establishment again
