Had a wonderful experience with my mom buying a new bed. Paul went above and beyond. My mom is using a walker & it started raining. After we had checked out & we're leaving, it was pouring. He ran outside to open the car door for my mom and make sure she OK getting out. That kindness was so appreciated. Will definitely be back to this store when I'm ready to upgrade my own mattress!

If only every business could have someone like Tim Moore. Polite, professional, accomodating, competent and knowledgeable to the nth degree. Buying a new mattress these days can be complicated and confusing. Take my word for it, go see Tim at City Mattress.

Shopping at the City Mattress Williamsville store was a great experience. City Mattress’ Comfort guarantee is exceptional and Keith and management went above and beyond with customer service. Keith was very knowledgable and a pleasure to work with. He was extremely helpful making the best mattress selection for us. My wife has specific allergies to many products not sourced in the US and he assisted us with finding a mattress that was US sourced and US built. His knowledge and attention to detail was not found at other mattress stores. Their delivery was very well done as well. We highly recommend Keith and City Mattress!

Paul was very polite and helpful when we purchased a box spring and a mattress. He answered all our questions and helped us to pick out a mattress without pressuring us to buy. He explained everything thoroughly and reviewed it at the close of the sale in order to make sure we fully understood our purchase. This is our 2nd mattress from City Mattress and we appreciate how well informed and helpful Paul is. Thank you Paul we greatly appreciate your help.
