Just want to get a couple things in there. In all the time and the one cashier. I believe they had their nails painted pink. This was a guy Them asked how I was doing and my response to people is always usually I'm good man or amongst other responses. I think they took that the wrong way Did not mean any offense. I just did not know and was not aware. But with that being said they were definitely rude after that. Never had this happened before again Did not mean to offend anyone but how was I supposed to know. Spend so much at tops could not believe this happened.

This store was very clean, well organized, beautiful produce department, friendly and efficient and helpful employees. Was not expecting this Tops to be so terrific! After I shop there more I'll add more, eg, if they have certain specialty items I buy, and Ill add photos

This place way cleaner and more organized than Dashs. The cashier was wonderful and she knew the price of the watermelon off the TOP of her head. I bought a sirloin to compare it to Dashs too, so we'll see how that goes. I'll edit my rating if the meat is bad.

Until they get rid of the store manager, Patty, who is the most vindictive, petty, abusive manager I have ever had the displeasure of interacting with, this store is going to circle the drain. This woman screams at her employees over spoons being in the salad trays in the deli stand, loses her mind over out of order signs being posted, and is retaliatory and downright meanspirited. Not to mention if an employee pages for a manager when she's on duty, and they don't specifically call her by name, which is outside of standard procedure, she will call them back and absolutely ream them out, yelling at them, because they didn't use her name, when they may not have even known if she was working that day.

This place is a pathetic excuse for a grocery store. Their prices are high and their stock is terrible. The other night I went there at 6:30pm and there’s 2 employees closing up the deli despite their hours saying they’re open until 8pm. I asked the customer service desk why they closed early and she said probably because someone called off. However, when I walked past the butcher counter in the back that was also supposed to be open until 8pm they were also completely closed with nobody in sight. Today, my husband asked for ham at the deli counter in a shaved cut. What he came home with was not even close to a shaved cut. Terrible customer service.

Just an average store but the reason I'm writing a review is simple. Sheila. Sheila is awesome. I see her doing everything and anything and today while the lines weren't long I decided to go to a cashier since the self checkout was packed Sheila was my cashier and not only was she quick an pleasant, she knows how to pack groceries! Last week I had someone put all my heavy stuff in 1 bag and the light stuff in another instead of equal distribution.
Thank you Sheila, you have restored my faith that there's a proper way to pack groceries and you should train other cashier's at this store if it's not taught
