Bakheel gave me a deal without asking for it. He and Nabih run the shop pretty efficiently and I’d choose this shop over the others, besides the one on Losson. Yes, they are Arabs and their usually listening to stuff while working. I’m used to quiet cell phone shops ie Verizon, ATT in the mall etc. But I get service and good advice. It’s what matters.
