I love it here. I feel very comfortable in this atmosphere. There is always someone available to help. And everyone that works there is extremely friendly. I feel like they are all casual friends of mine.

Pickup service is exceptional, order ready super fast and accurate. Great when you do not have time to spend shopping in store.

They claimed I had no refills for one of my prescriptions. I called my doctor and she confirmed she sent the refill along with my other medications. They had all the other prescriptions except one. They were all sent at the same time by the same doctor so it makes no sense one would be missing. So I came in again and they said the same thing, no refill. I called my doctor again and she confirmed it was sent. I called the pharmacy TWICE to confirm they had the prescription and asked for it BY NAME. They confirmed they had it and even provided the price when I asked. Then I come in and they say they don’t have a refill for it. How is it possible they could provide a price when they “don’t have” the refill? So I have contacted my doctor a THIRD time and will have to come back a third time in one week.
Abysmal service, go elsewhere.

In January of 2025 CVS decided that it would no longer accept prescription coverage from the Labor Management Healthcare Fund. This was annoying as I now have to find a new pharmacy.
But, what is even worse is the fact that CVS never bothered to inform me that this change was occurring. I only found out after going to CVS to see why my scripts had not been filled. At best, this is unprofessional and, at worst could have badly affected my health.

Every time I’m in the store someone is always there to help with any questions or direct me where ever I need to go . The pharmacy staff is always very professional and helpful in anything I might need during any of my many visits lol . Went there to check on a prescription girl was giving Covid shots asked if that was so . Was told yes said I need that and RSV shot pharmacist had the paper work printed she had the shot ready in and out in less than 5 minutes

I have been to this pharmacy and spoken with the people behind the counter and they have been great.. but the fact that they don’t answer the phone and you have to leave. Voicemail and get a call back no matter what time of day, hang up and call back same thing like it’s hard enough to ask private personal questions to someone over the phone but now I have to say it in a message get a call back only to have to repeat what I don’t want to ask once… like ANSWER YOUR PHONE… this is just BAD BUSINESS ALL THE WAY AROUND. Not to mention all of the prompts you have to go through JUST to get through to the pharmacy in the first place… ridiculous questions and once you answer them, they ask another one or the automated system don’t understand what you need even if it’s just to speak to a pharmacist, the entire reason you called.. no I don’t want to download your app and if I am a new person wanting to get scripts filled there, you won’t have my dob on file.. not very personable guys… not welcoming, not friendly, I like CVS but again they are the ONLY pharmacy I’ve EVER called where you can’t speak directly to a live person. Tops, Rite Aid, and any small corner pharmacy I’ve ever called and I’m 50…. Live people answer…Smh. Do Better CVS…

Extremely rude staff and security!!!!! Didn’t know it was a crime to look at things without being accused of stealing something I understand that the world is the way that it is right now but not everybody comes in your store to steal stuff you need to teach your staff the difference between people who steal stuff and people who are there to actually purchase some thing I know a lot of people in this town and I plan on telling everybody about the experience that I encountered while at your store on Wednesday! By far the worst I’ve ever been treated in a store in my life and I’m 36 years old….. I went in to get my scrips because I had seven teeth pulled out and because I wasn’t able to speak clear they thought I was some junkie or some thing and while I was looking at things waiting to get my Scripps I had a security guard constantly following me around didn’t ask me anything just decided to watch me around the entire store and you wonder why there is so much hatred around this world I wasn’t dressed all scummy I had a new pair of shoes on I had my hair gel and I drove up in a brand new car no reason for me to be disrespected the way that I was and I do plan on taking further action on this matter the woman that was working at the store at the time who was the manager I believe her name was Valerie I could be wrong does not deserve to have a job no customer service whatsoever these people are a joke ! Does this look like someone who is interested in stealing something? Or someone in pain and just asking for help which I was not given

Customer friendly environment that has very good prices in comparison to alot of places similar to its kind, very convenient too with option really not limited at all, one of my favourite places to be, love you CVS pharmacy........
