Love in Motion Yoga is absolutely amazing. I began going to the prenatal yoga class when I was around 26 weeks pregnant, and I cannot give Rebecca (and all of the other instructors who stepped in) enough praise. That class is part group mental health therapy, prenatal education, and yoga. Everything I learned from that class really came clutch when it was time for my labor and delivery. I'm so appreciative and grateful!!

I would absolutely recommend this yoga studio. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and the studio atmosphere is beyond beautiful!

My past few Sunday morning classes with Christine were great! She is not only encouraging but challenges you to go just to your edge. She is a wonderful teacher and i look forward to these Sunday classes with her! If you are looking for a great teacher and class this is it!! Thank you Christine!

No matter what level you are, there is something for everyone. If you're just starting out or never taken a yoga class, I highly recommend you try their a gentle yoga classes, Tuesday at 6 PM or Saturday at 9 AM. If you're short on time and want a great workout, try the PiY0 classes on Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30 AM or Saturday morning at 8 AM. And if you're up for a challange, the heated yoga classes on Thursday and Sunday at 6:00 PM are for you! You will not be disappointed, all instructors are amazing at what they do. Highy recommend you give it a try!

Love this studio and Kristen's Pi-Yo Live class! It is an amazing workout that is both challenging and fun, as it is set to music. Be prepared to push yourself, but it is so rewarding and a great way to start the day. Kristen shows you what the series of moves are before starting each and helps you through each series. Highly recommend!
