I recently brought my car to Decarlos, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel like a valued customer. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explain the repair process, and provided a clear and fair estimate.
The quality of work was absolutely outstanding. My car looks brand new! The team paid attention to every detail, and you can tell they take great pride in their craftsmanship. The turnaround time was quicker than expected, and they kept me updated throughout the process.
What really stood out to me was how much the employees care about their customers. They went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied, even checking in after the repairs were done to make sure everything was perfect.
They truly exceeded my expectations!

Beware! These guys use cheap aftermarket parts for their repairs. Got in an accident in June and had to have my right front replaced including headlights. This month, I had to have that entire headlight assembly replaced, $1500 out of pocket. My mechanic says it was bargain basement crap.

I had a door panel chip that I tried to touch up on my own to save some $. After multiple attempts, I brought it here for repair. The cost was very affordable and they did a great job with both the paint match and finish. I should have brought it here off the bat instead of wasting my time with a DIY. Leave it to the pros. I will be back for future repairs. Thanks dudes!

10/10 recommend. Took my car here after a rear-end collision and I’m very happy with the results. Joe made the process of dealing with the insurance super simple and gave me some great advice along the way. I’m very pleased with the entire experience and although I hope I won’t ever need a collision repair again, I know where I’ll be taking my car.

I came to DeCarlo for a paint job on my car and let me tell you, you cannot get better service than here. The owner, Joey really cares and treats you with respect. Andrew in the paint department is the best there is. He is so good looking too! I would recommend them to anyone looking for paint or collision services.

Top notch service. Joe is All class and very professional. Communication was on point, made sure i was taken care of with rental car services and most importantly retuned my truck to me exactly the way it was before my accident.
