Bought a xmas present for my husband at this location. It was a high priced item therefore, a sensor was on the item.I specifically asked the cashier to ensure the sensor was off because I heard the sensor against the counter. The cashier insisted there was no sensor. I said “ok are you sure because I don’t want to walk out and get embarassed”. He said “Thee is no sensor. I then start walking out of the store into the mall and guess what happens…I hear the sirens going off because the sensor was NOT OFF THE item. I then go back up to the front of the store completely embarassed due to the looks I received. I got a lame apology. I called customer service to report the issue. I will never shop here again. The manager told the customer rep that I did not walk out of the store, If I did not walk out of the store, why did the siren go off. Terrible service from the manager to speak to the customer rep in a negative way indicating what I was saying was not true!

For all your sporting needs this is the place to go. If you have a boujie teen who has a need for sporty item come here but also check out their warehouse store that is next to 5guys downstairs. We absolutely love this place, and so does my daughter. Can't say good enough things about this store. Both places have very kind staff, the store is clean and in good shape. You can find the items you need quickly.

I placed an order on Dick's website and decided to chance next day delivery, for which I paid $9.99, and gave a $5 tip, as suggested. After I clicked submit, then it popped up that they use Door Dash drivers. Surprise, surprise, I got someone else's order the next day. When contacted, Dicks online refunded everything, EXCEPT the $9.99 deliver fee or the $5 tip. I'm hoping I get an email to review my delivery to let them know exactly what I think of their delivery services. And I intend to contact corporate office as well regarding this issue. I don't think I'll be doing any more shopping at Dick's at all. Buyer beware!!

I was amazed how small of selection of fishing tackle and lures was available. Being so close to Lakes Erie and Ontario, the Niagara River, the Erie Canal, and only 2 hours to some of the Finger lakes all I can say is "Disappointed".

Jaylen gave me great customer service assisted me with finding a nice jacket.The women's jacket didn't have my size I felt hopeless he asked if I wouldn't mind trying a men's jacket he showed me a nice jacket it was perfect and I purchased it.I will definitely shop here again I felt like a valued customer.

I was in there looking for a baseball bat for my nephew who I was FaceTiming, an outstanding gentleman Matt asked if we needed help. I put him on with my nephew, he found exactly the bat he wanted and the tape for the bat. Even my nephew said Matt was great, excellent, above and beyond was what Matt was. If you ever need help with something look for Matt. Excellent customer service!

Well Dicks is always good. Buying golf clubs you need to know your stuff. Mt hubby did a lot if research and knew what he wanted. He had to find someone to get his irons and he bought a driver but they never gave him the packet that comes with it. Thank God he inspected everything and went back to get it I would suggest going elsewhere if you don't know about what you are buying for gokd. The workers do not have enough experience to be selling golf clubs.Disappointed but they still got our business.
