While the store here is always neat and mostly stocked the way Jenn today around 10am was screaming at her male co worker and going on and on while the store had several customers in it was completely disrespectful and uncalled for. The male employee walked out saying he was leaving but eventually came back in. I felt so bad for him I hope he finds a new job and leaves for good. I know it’s always two sides to a story but he shouldn’t have been treated that way in public or at all. Do better Jenn

We stopped by this store for some supplies for the very first time. Very clean and neat. Also spoke with the staffs at this store who were very nice and friendly. Kudos to them for upkeeping this store very well. Will definitely be stopping by this store more often.

9 times out of 10 I’ve had wonderful experiences here.Most of the time the workers are delightful and friendly.However, during my most recent trip, the one employee, Jazzy,who was in the store, was loudy complaining about her boss with someone.This wouldn’t bother me if she was at the register,but she left me waiting there for 2 mins even after seeing me, so she could finish her conversation.When she got to the register,she barely greeted me before making a SPEAKER PHONE CALL while cashing me out and pretty much ignored me, no “have a nice day” or anything as I left.If this was my only experience here,I’d never come back.

Open the self checkouts since you have 1 person working the whole store. 20 minutes sitting in line while an old lady holding up the register w her coupons. Every time. Also gift cards are cash only. No sign up except in front. So glad I wasted time just to get to the front of the 20 min line and find out. Certainly not a quick run in

The store and it's surrounding are dirty.. the entrance into the parking lot has 2 huge pot holes.. I was in the dollar general on Seneca st and it's beautiful.. its clean inside and out.. but not the on on Union road in West Seneca

Every Dollar General is different but they all are very disorganized. They only have a cashier and none else to get help from. You also have to watch pricing on some items. You can get some items cheaper at a different retailer.
