Deliveries, huge parking lot, I turned in at Hibbet shoe store (off Elmwood), turned rt behind Bath and Body (just before Target) then a rt at the stop sign (now your facing dock doors, yes under where it says Queen City Liquors) the store manager there mid. Everybody else is pretty cool. Shane the man tho! Cool dude

So I just left Dollar Tree @ 2101 Elmwood Ave, I had an Exchange. 4 bags of Easter suckers unopened. Just bought too many, Jesse the manager on Duty peaked her head out the office door (chopping on gum, and said I don't have time to argue with you just exchange them) so I go get some things 6( bags of assorted candy from candy Isle) go in line to do my exchange, cashier calls for exchange - well Jesse screams from the office, just let her go!! Well no paperwork was done for the exchange and I didn't pay for the extra 2 bag's of candy cause your lazy manager didn't want to do her Job! Nice job Dollar Tree.. not only is your inventory going to be off but your lazy manager let some items walk right out the door with no payment! Great work... Laziness at its finest!

They had what I needed. Its October and all the Christmas stuff is out!! Elmwood store is usually organized but cashiers are often on their cell phones.

A man was bothering people going to the store. He was talking scary gibberish. The store employees did nothing to make him leave their innocent customers alone. So wrong of them!!

Staff is wonderful and I can always find what I need. But, WHY is that gentleman always sitting outside of the Elmwood North Buffalo location asking for money to buy a cheeseburger??? And if you turn him down, he gets nasty - I told him I pay with a card and he actually wanted me to do cash back to give him money. Seriously?! Why is he allowed to loiter on private property and harass customers? It makes me uncomfortable and less likely to shop at that location...

Dollar Tree is a great place to shop but now that they raise the price to $1.25 I can find the exact same product and another store for $1 sometimes $0.99 or $0.89 even $0.79 so be a smart shopper look out for prices at other stores marked down way less than a dollar

Every Dollar Tree I have gone to in the buffalo Erie County New York stores have been a good experience except the one on Harlem and Kensington avenue in the City of Buffalo.The individual who calls himself a manager at the Harlem Kensington store does not know what the procedures are at the Dollar Tree.After my not good experience with him I asked managers in four other stores after that about their procedures and they were all concurrent except him.He either needs to be trained or replaced.I will never ever walk or spend a penny in the Harlem Kensington cheektowaga Dollar Tree.I will continue to shop at the Dollar trees in Buffalo Amherst Lackawanna blasdell Lockport Niagara falls West Seneca East Amherst but not ever again at the Harlem road cheektowaga Dollar Tree
