Buyers beware — serious misrepresentation.
I bought a 1989 Ford Bronco from Duncan Motor Sales through Bring a Trailer. It was advertised as rust-free and road-ready but arrived with severe hidden rust, frame corrosion, and nonfunctional 4×4 and electrical systems. After multiple emails and texts, I received no real response or resolution.
I’ve since filed a complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Office. Do your research before buying — my experience shows this dealer cannot be trusted to represent vehicles honestly. Check Yelp reviews for more like me.

I recently helped my number two buy a truck from this dealer. Older truck with low miles, It was a great choice. The dealership made sure to go through every single button switch knob and lever, ensuring that everything was in great quality. The AC fan speed button was not correct, and even though we had already purchased. The dealer stood up and ensured that it was fixed within 24 hours. Standing behind the product he sells. Knowing that it was an 11 year-old truck, I had expected some minor repairs necessary. But the fact that he covered all expenses to make sure it was proper. That was very cool. I would definitely recommend.

Ihad an accident in January and my vehicle was totaled. Upon receiving a check, I purchased a GMC Acadia only for the check engine light to come on. I took it back to have it checked. I was told that no code came up cleared the light and sent me on my way. Just after the expiration of the warranty the motor seized. I was without my vehicle for 2 1/2 month. It also had to replace the muffler, brakes and rotors all around, and power steering pump. I am not happy with this place and will never go there again!. Don't waste your time with them

This guy is a total liar and nothing but that. He totally lied to me about warranties for these trucks and he sold me a Lemmon. I’m taking him to court as soon as I get my truck back, he sold me a truck with all these problems and cracked frame.
He’s no good from the word go, everything on this truck needed to be replaced and he put band-aids on everything so I wouldn’t notice .
BUYER BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND CAR DEALER, TRUST ME !!!!!!!

This is the second time that I’ve purchased a vehicle from this dealership the first time I purchased a 2007 hummer and it was great and then I decided to trade it in so I went to different dealership and they messed me over I’m putting it mildly so I went back to Duncan motors and I got a great deal on my 2017 pacifica and John worked with me and I’ll never go to any other dealer again. I most definitely will recommend this place for your car needs.

Good people, good service good experience!
Picked me up at the airport with a smile. The vehicle looked and ran as advertised. In the first month I’ve already driven my vehicle from Buffalo to Boston and from Boston to Charlotte NC and back to Boston. I’m happy.

I feel as tho I was profiled I wanted a Chevy Silverado LTZ and he told me i wasn’t approved for it but I was approved for a lemon he drove everyday the bank approves loans (MONEY) i offered 5300 down payment and my pops offered another 5k so 10.3k down payment he insisted on this rusted lemon I went on to buy a BMW 535i the next hour appreciate the lesson tho

The after sale support is weak. I purchased my vehicle online ( Bring a Trailer) and used thier recommended shipper. Damage occurred to the vehicle, a truck, either during shipment or after the online photos were posted. I sent photos and reported it, which was acknowledged, but weeks have gone by without a resolution. I paid for the windshield repair so the truck would pass inspection.
