Well, when I first got there, it was very confusing as to how they had it set up for the cars to go through so I pulled around to the back and I asked was his 1279 genesee. The guy said go to the front I pull around to the front there was a man standing outside. He said to park across the street and Someone will come out and take care of you. I parked across the street for about 15 minutes of course I’m in my phone, but I’m also looking up to see if someone’s going to come get me, no one came out to I started walking towards the shop and the older gentleman came out and said oh I’ve been trying to get your attention for the last five minutes, but he was very rude and very nasty about it. He said why didn’t I just come in? I said someone upfront told me that someone will come out and get me so I waited. He was very nasty and I just told him I would take my service somewhere else and I did.

Extremely rude, first wanted 40 for inspection and then tried to change the price to 100, went to this other shop that did it for 30... never coming back here again and neither should you

Great experience owner fixed my muffler and fixed my brakes, car rides very smooth. Owner is very compassionate about his work and has a very good worth ethic. If I can rate it 100 stars I will.

I have been bringing my GMC Jimmy in for years now and I couldn't be happier. I always deal with Cynthia behind the counter and she is always extremely warm-hearted and a pleasure to deal with. They just get the job done at a fair price and never try to upsell me on any unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately It seems to be getting harder and harder to find a shop you can truly trust but these people have earned my business for the long haul. Thanks Cynthia and all the staff at DVDV's!

Horrible customer service. The lady that works inside is rude and acts like she has no sense. They also do not take cards. I had to take my money elsewhere.
Also the inspection costs $40.

TRIED TO CHARGE ME $40 FOR A VEHICLE INSPECTION THEN SAID I HAD TINTS AND WANTED $100 NEVER GOING THERE FOR NOTHING THEY ARE CROOKED
