Overall the hospital appearance in things were intact everything is you know good there however the staff is extremely rude. Please trust me when I say that is not an exaggeration! Attitude and actions of some of the staff there unbelievable

I would say this is by far the cleanest hospital in WNY. ECMC has more than enough anti/bacterial gold soap as well as a clean facility. Some local hospitals don’t. Have a nice day.
