“Absolutely awesome experience with Mike. Older laptop was slowing down, let me know the chip was still very good but updated SSD and HDD to 2TB each and RAM to 16GB. Laptop runs better than when it was new and Mike assisted with some quirky driver updates after the fact. This gentleman is a class act and runs a great business! Highly recommended!”

“I contacted Control Systems Lab desperate to get a control circuit board repaired which runs the motor to open and close our drive-in Freezer at our wholesale seafood company. A new circuit board was not an option since it was no longer manufactured. The options we were given were to purchase a new track and motor or a full replacement door. Both would have been a huge capitol expense. John Maher from Control Systems Lab took in our board, and had it turned around fixed in 2 days, vs a new system taking two to three months to manufacture and ship. “What an honest and attentive person. Nathan quickly offered to pick our printer up. Once he arrived, he diagnosed the issue. He realized it would likely cost more to repair the device than purchasing a new one.He then showed me some tips to alleviate some of the printing issues to extend the use of the printer. Lastly, he wouldn't take any money. There is hope for mankind!”
