“I have dealt with Mike twice for phone repairs. Both times he was able to come to my work location to fit the busy-ness of my schedule. While I had already found his work ethic, knowledge, and customer service to be impressive, my most recent dealing with him took that impression and blew it up exponentially. I had a phone that was 6 years old and was looking to swap out the camera and microphone for a trip to Vegas to see Metallica at The Sphere and was planning to get video of my experience. While working on this old phone, something snapped internally that prevented that phone from staying connected to a network. While unsure of this happening from the phone being old or something that happened while working on it, Mike replaced my old phone with an updated model to make sure I had what I needed in time for my trip. I've described him to others as a new-school technician with an old-school customer service mentatlity. People like this are becoming rarer in our world. I give Mike the highest recommendation as I also tell you that you can trust in his skill, knowledge, and honesty. I wish Google would allow me to give him more than 5 stars.”

“Quentin was professional and attentive. He was unable to repair my device. But I am confident if it could be repaired, it would have been. I will definitely return for future issues.”

“I had this guy put up some antennas on my roof for me. He was very smart and recommended a good antenna for a fair price that was suited to what I need and Anthony and his partner were very professional and showed up on time and got the job done right. It performs well and I am very happy with the service. Would recommend.”
