I was totally going to go with them for an eye exam and two pairs of glasses but when I called to talk to someone about my vision coverage all I got was the automated but which I could not get past...I tried several times asking for a real person and customer service and couldn't get pass the bot...This is not the kind of customer service I look for...I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been to this location many times and have been taken care of by several doctors and associates. Each time was an extremely positive experience. They are always professional, courteous and kind. They provide excellent customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Updated review- after an hour (45 minutes AFTER my stated appt time) sitting in the waiting area- finally said something. Was told it takes a while to get the pre-testing set up. Hard to believe an eye puffer takes 45 minutes+ to reset and prep.Then I get the pleasure of paying an EXTRA $40 for a telehealth appointment. In total 1.5-2 hours for an eye exam and checkout is excessive. Had glasses picked out before the eye exam. Plus talking smack about previous customers with current customers in earshot is really not professional. Customer service is almost non-existent.

Closest to my house but under staffed and one doctor is kinda rude and standoffish. Wait times are horrible came in just to pay 2 days after paying for my exam and the price had changed and had to wait 30 minutes just to be seen when someone was available and at the desk but told me to wait for someone else I don’t reccomend coming here unless you have a lot of time on your hands not coming back

Had an issue with my glasses that I thought I would be in trouble with. Stopped in to this location and Rachel went out of her way to get them repaired. Great customer service! Thank you

The person doing the eye test has no personality. She sounds like she's reading from a written script. Also. They make you either have your pupils dialated(which means you can't drive for awhile) or pay 35$ for pictures of your eyeballs. And they make you do one or the other. No other place makes you do this. It's an option. Not mandatory. So I wasted 35$ so I can drive home emidiately after for no reason but for them to make more money.

Absolute waste of time, would give 0 stars if possible. I have an eye condition that I specified when I set up the appointment, while in the office with the first tech, then again with the second tech, and the remote doctor. Because they do remote eye appointments here. You will not see a doctor in person. You will instead get an assistant who thinks he knows more than you because he used to be a surgical tech. Eye doctor had no idea about the condition, so was surprised when I told him I knew a contact would likely help, and then understood once it was explained. Note how many times I mentioned it before seeing him. I was also informed they would not be able to do anything for me as I needed a special contact (which I knew/expected), and the doctor couldn't do that because he wasn't there in person. But don't worry! The assistant used to be a surgical tech so knows where I should go! Because he was a surgical tech.If your only issue is you need a pair of glasses, sure go here. Their remote doctor will help. If you want to feel like you're getting good service and not getting scammed, go elsewhere.

Everyone saying the doctor here is rude, esp with kids, is CORRECT! This place is a joke. Go elsewhere. ZERO STARS. Thank you visionworks but I already reached out to that email address and nothing was done so I'm not going to waste my time again.

Optometrist is horrible with children. Constantly putting my child down for not being able to recognize letters/pictures that he has yet to be taught. DO NOT recommend the Hamburg location of VisionWorks

The worse customer service I have ever experienced. I had set up an appointment for my son who has who has been a patient and was called to be told they no longer accept my insurance. I went to the office to see if I could have the RX for my son's glasses and was told they do accept my insurance and the gentleman called my insurance company and got confirmation so we set up an eye exam for the next day. When we arrived the next day Bernadette , who was rude from the get go informed me yet again (not just personally but in front of everyone standing there) they do not take my insurance. First off this was announced rudely to the whole office anyone who was there could take part in this conversation, secondly, we had already taken care of this the day before which I did explain and she continued to speak of this private matter in front of anyone in the office telling me that the gentleman who took the time to call and verify the day prior was not part of their usual staff and works elsewhere. I will never step foot into a vision source for any type of service again. To her credit she did give me the RX so at least I could replace my son's glasses elsewhere.

I was very pleased with my recent trip here! I went in on a weekday morning and it was very quick, compared to previous eye exams/experiences. The team was so helpful throughout it all, including the techs who were very kind and thoughtful, as well as the team members who gave honest answers about which glasses worked for my face, which I appreciate! They were welcoming and very excitable which is always appreciated, and we're not crazy salespeople trying to Jack up the price. Once I said what I wanted, Ruba was more than considerate and did not try to convince me otherwise, which I appreciated

I rarely leave reviews but I thought I should share our experience with this location. We had an appointment for family of five. The front office staff were fantanstic, kind and patient. Our experience with the doctor was another story. She appeared inconvenienced by our presence. My 5 yo sons exam was awful.she was intimidating and rude. She frequently sighed when he was unable to answer her questions. She also told him several times if he didn't cooperate it would just take longer. During my husband's exam she rudely stated "you can't see anything!" He replied would u like me to guess!. We will not be bringing our family back to this location.
