Downtown Main Street office in Buffalo NY is excellent, been renting from them since 2023, ran into a couple of minor issues but overall I recommend this location for excellent customer service and great customer service representatives. Special acknowledgement to Errol and the new guy Joe, I am sorry there's a few other outstanding customer service representatives but I can't recall their names but they have rendered excellent service as well.

I haven't rented a car in about 10 years and didn't remember it being so challenging. I tried 4 or 5 other places before going to Enterprise. I should have went here first.
They helped me when no one else would. I can't get into the specifics but let's just say they accommodated my situation and made my 24 hour rental a hell of a lot better than it otherwise would have been. Thank you to the staff. You know who you are.

When you have a reservation made up to a week in advance, you sort of expect vehicle availability. Waited an extra 30 minutes past the reservation time because this was their last vehicle on the lot. Rushed through an inspection, and the car was as merely a wiped down with a towel before handing it over. I don’t have much of a choice but to take the vehicle because this is corporate travel and I no other stores are open on Sunday.
A disappointing experience to say the least.

Enterprise Rent-A-Car provided a great rental experience. The VW Jetta was a pleasure to drive, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pick-up and drop-off process was quick and easy. Overall, a highly recommended car rental service.

Doing a recent holiday trip to Buffalo New York we needed a car to run errands and travel out of town. Within 20 minutes I spoke to somebody at enterprise on the phone, they directed me to a local office, he gave me all my receipts and got me out on the road. Fast and simple, very much appreciated
