I don't know why people are giving Enterprise Rent-A-Car one star,I never have a problem with them. Good customer skill, nice people. I will always go back there for my rental car.

This place called me two days before my rental asking if I was coming. I replied yes and thought that was that. The morning of my rental I saw a missed call from a 716 number but didn't have time to call it back. Showed up to this location right on time and they said they tried calling me that morning but didn't have any cars so I should go try the airport.They knew I was coming from Toronto to pick up this car and not sure why I needed to confirm two different times that I was on my way.Thankfully others on Google Maps told me they pull this nonsense so I had booked a backup reservation at the Budget location just up the street. Guess what? They actually had cars!Stay away from this Enterprise, they can't be relied on and then make it your problem!

Easily the worst experience I have had with a rental service. So much so, that I will never use Enterprise again.Booked a reservation for a vehicle 5 days in advance of our trip to Buffalo only to find that when we arrived, they had "55 confirmed reservations for 8 vehicles", as per the desk representative. When asked how that could possibly happen, the representative simply shrugged and said "we don't have control of it". They stated that they called and spoke to someone (supposedly us) about the reservation being "cancelled" the day before we arrived, but after verifying the number on file was correct, it's apparent that Enterprise either 1.) called the wrong number or 2.) simply didn't call. To add, no email was sent to confirm that the reservation was "cancelled".It's clear that the organization knew they could get more money for the vehicle from another one of their 54 reservations, so our reservation didn't suit their needs. Seeing quite a few similar comments like mine in recent months and should have done more due diligence before attempting to do business here. Ended up saving money Ubering and Lyfting around the area (knowledgeable and charismatic drivers all over the area).Do your best to steer clear of this location.

I arrived at the Buffalo International Airport on 10/24/23. No rentals were available due to the Buffalo bills game. I was advised to booked in line to avoid the higher rate booking at the office . Took an Uber to the Genesee location, and I was told... and my reservation couldn't be honored. They said i had to wait until the next day, and maybe i could get a rental. I was advised to go to the main st . location, and my reservation was guaranteed. Once i arrived at the main st location and was not allowed to use my New York state discount. The owner told me I had to have a corporate credit card. The discount is a benefit for state employees. He stated that he would have to call and get it approved. I have used this discount plenty of times and never had that experience. I was traveling with my four year old grandson. I have no family or friends in Buffalo and had taken two ubers totaled 50.00. To be told, no car was available. They finally gave me the car I was originally reserved. I called customer service, and the agent modified the reservations. I called back and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Zachary Panebianco he modified the order. He was God sent! The rest of the agents had no empathy. It was an easy fix that no one wanted to correct. My experience was horrific until Zachary helped me.

Booked vehicles with hertz, went to 2 locations and was told they don’t have a vehicle (that I booked) at both hertz locations.By contrast, I was actually able to speak with someone at enterprise, they booked a vehicle for me and it was there when I arrived. I had a great experience at the desk with a gentleman named Matt. Very polite, thoughtful and friendly. 5 stars a-crossed the board

Best and easiest place to rent a car from. I have been renting a vehicle for a month and a half now and currently still am due to a car accident. This location is great everything been easy as could be employees are great do they job and do it quick. Each time I had to start a new contract once every 30 days I got a free upgrade because there was nothing available in what I booked so that awesome with my back injuries easier to get outa a suv than a mid size car. I've rented from another place in buffalo where I had to pass a credit check. All in all a great place and easy to do it. Thanks again

The car size that matched mine was unavailable, therefore, they upgraded me to a 2023 Toyota Camry !!!!! It is an amazing vehicle, I dreaded returning it to go back to my Corolla !!!! Wonderful service, they worked with me!! Thank you, I will definitely go back to that location.

Amazing customer service.I took the Amtrak to Buffalo but the train got delayed so I was running late. I made it few minutes after their closing hour and the staffs, as agreed, waited for me. So super thankful.Thanks again!!

I don't like the simple Fact They make you pick up the car in the afternoon charging full price then You have to put three hundred dollars deposit For safety and security. That is too much and not worth it
