Left my child's booster seat in the rental car came back they said they didn't have it. Very rude employee and unwilling to help.

Delaware branch was great, employees were super nice and helpful. They made this whole experience so quick, stress free and before I knew it my husband and I were driving off in a great car. Got a good deal on a rental for about 3 weeks. Rental was clean, great on gas, no issues drove great. If I ever need to rent again this is where I'm going!

Enterprise on Delaware Ave in Buffalo is a plus in my book. Olivia and the crew there are friendly and great at communicating. My car was in the shop at Gerber Collision and Glass right next door and they coordinated with the insurance company and Gerber to keep me informed on the status of my rental extension. I'd recommend going to see them.

The staff at Enterprise were pleasant, attentive, and efficient. They made the process run smoothly and stress free. I had to get a rental because of an accident with my car, and I had no experience as to the process. They made it easy and pleasant! Thanks Guys!

Easy and fast pick up. Very friendly and efficient staff. Given a very nice vehicle with excellent gas mileage. Would definitely recommend the Delaware office in Buffalo for rentals.
