I placed an order for 8 items $325 needed to return/ exchange 3 I went to return. It was past 30 days by approximately few days Would not let me print a label contacted them through live chat. A representative was supposed to contact me never did reached out again. Talk to a representative and they basically told me as well that they are not willing to help me. I can’t believe this company for three days past would not Exchange or store credit terrible customer service I will not be shopping with any express stores or associated stores my money $325 can be spent at better places

Shopped the location at the galleria mall in Cheektowaga. Poor experience.
Followed around by the store associates and even the store manager. Felt racially charged. Everywhere I went in the store an associate bee lined to that clothesline/rack. It was so hard to ignore to the point I just called it out. The associate (another black woman) felt awkward but confirmed what I meant because we both knew why she was instructed to come over. It wasn’t her fault - I blame management (funny to note but important to mention - the store manager seemed to be of Indian descent) This happened a few times around the store. Very poor and uncomfortable shopping experience. I returned all my items to their respective racks and left. I won’t patronize a store - one that I often shop at - that makes me feel uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, this is common experience for POC while shopping by whites and by other POC - When the statistics actually show that it’s white women who do the lions share of shoplifting. Anyways, express needs to do better at this location with bias training and particularly for management. The white customers were left alone to do their shopping but I wasn’t. If you are going to do this, at least do it to every customer so that it isn’t so blatant and in your face as it was here. Should be ashamed.

Not enough options for men. I didn’t checked women section. We were there to get blazer and hopefully a suit set. Expres website has much more option as compared to the store. I chatted before going to the store in person! Came back empty handed!

Kyla was amazing! I needed help finding cute earrings and redeeming my express cash and she was patient and kind and so sweet!!! Thank you Kyla and your manager (I didn’t get her name) for helping me and having such amazing customer service!!!

Sam P. is always so patient and helpful whenever I come in to the Walden location - which may be too often ? I’m a big fan of their pre-layered necklaces, chunky/cozy sweaters, and their great clearance selection in store and the online. Quality holds up over many wears too!

The manager was abrupt, rude and not helpful when asked about an item that they carried about 6 months ago. Didn't want to hear any Description and insisted that it was a portafino? It wasn't at all. And his attitude was just not welcoming or helpful. And I feel bad for the young lady that was actually trying to help me. He cut her off and wasn't nice.

Very nice, shopping with my teenage daughter for her. Nicely curated collections, clean and well organized. They have beautiful items that are geared towards someone younger than myself but I did see quite a bit I would definitely consider. Great price point for the quality of the items and my daughter found what she came for and quite a bit more. They're costume jewelry items were really nice, quite extensive, looked expensive and were actually really reasonably priced. The clearance section was a pleasant surprise being well organized and cared for, not a jumble sale of items that looked used and just tossed on a rack. The salespeople were helpful but not pushy which is sooooooo important to me. Great store, highly recommend!!! Thank you!!!!

I ordered such glasses with lenses, paid for them, had to throw them in the trash because they don't accept returns, it's terrible, they're ripping people off for their own profit!!

Very helpful staff didn't have to wait long in line they opened another register when it got busy. Clean store staff helpful to find what you were looking for.
