I absolutely love, always have and always will love family dollar! Granted some are better than others, but overall rating the entire chain, I give it 8.5 out of 10 maybe even a 9 out of 10. They are wonderful and very decent price if you're on a budget. 😁

I do go here often, and some days it's great. However they constantly have expired food, so you must check the food before purchase. Some expired food I've seen are bread and milk. The lines do get busy after a certain time. The workers are better now but before they use to talk or use the phone alot so you had to wait awhile for help. This place is mostly organized. There are some freezers broken, though. I found some nice outfits here and they do have some good food options. Overall I do come back, so 3/5.

Not a Family Dollar I usually go to but I am sure I have been a bunch of times when I lived in the area. Just your usual set up as far as merchandise but the lay-out is a little different. Usually clean and the staff are cool.

They have some employees who treat the children badly, especially the children! A little girl with short colored hair who is an employee treats her badly and treats her children very badly, they hire people with no work ethic

I had never been verbally assaulted during a shopping experience until entering this Family Dollar location last week. My work colleague and I brought in a group of clients for a few last minute items before the holiday weekend. When we entered this store, the cashier (Toni) shouted at us..."either leave your book bags at the front of the store or get the F--K out!!" Our clients looked at us and we as staff assured them it was ok to secure their bags up front so they could get their shopping done. As we were supervising the transactions of our clients checking out, one of our guys was over charged so I asked to speak with the manager. The cashier (Toni) proceeded to say..." I don't tag these f--king things and if you don't like it then leave." The manager adjusted the price while she proceeded to rant and rave about serving us. The manager observed this horrible behavior by his staff member and did absolutely nothing about it!! Matter of fact, he walked away and allowed her to continue this egregious behavior towards my clients and I though we did not provoke her outburst in any way. If Family Dollar allows their workers to treat paying customers this way, what else is going on within this establishment? It is quite clear that this cashier has some significant anger management and mental health issues but she is a ticking time bomb and a HUGE liability for your organization!!! I attempted to contact Family Dollar management through their Customer Service number but to no avail. It's an automated system which doesn't have live representatives for concerns or safety issues like these. As a healthcare professional working in Mental Health for the past 22 years, I can clearly say we were concerned for the safety of our clients and ourselves!! Nonetheless, we will not do business here in the future! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

I visited this location at 10:20am on a Saturday. The signs stated the store was open but the doors were all locked. An employee was inside but stated she was the only person there and would not open the doors for myself or four other customers who approached in the five minutes I was there.
