Completely incompetent. Unable or unwilling to do their jobs along with BPD. I am ashamed of the way my city victimizes domestic violence victims, especially disabled victims. Changes must be made. It is ludicrous that a victim should be held responsible in an already stressful situation to fend for themselves.

Very compassionate people work here, and they helped me greatly. I recommend this place for anyone who is in need of public assistance for your family. Their service is free of charge.

My ex has pushed me into a box that had not only sprained my left ankle but there was a knife that went through my foot two inches in. When I went to the office they told me that I had to call in since they weren’t taking in anyone do the long process started: It took them three months to “help” me but in the end, I lost 99% of my stuff due to them never being available or pushing me aside. How’s a landlord gonna save my stuff in their apartment with my abusive ex for that long without being paid? I lost A LOT of my valuables as well as my kids’ baby pictures and my own. My yearbooks are now gone and my abusive ex now is set thanks to these people pretty much handing it to him. I was only able to grab a small bag of my own stuff & a bag of clothes each for my girls. I had a whole house set up with stuff that I personally owned: a futon, 2 brand new mattresses, 3 dressers, a washer, a dryer, 2 sets of antique vanities, a Keurig, an oven, pots and pans, silverware, a trunk with family heirlooms, an entertainment stand, my Wii along with its remotes and with 15 games and 8 downloaded ones, my Wii U along with its 8 games and remotes & a few end tables all going to him due to this agency’s lack of help. I’m not going to this place and I don’t ever recommend it to anyone anymore like I thought I would be able to.
