However I’ve seen other NP’s there before if she is busy and everyone has always been super nice and seem like they genuinely care to help you not just blow you off like some doctors. They are also usually pretty fast to call you back if you message them or leave a message which is always nice!”
“I've generally had very good experiences here with all of the nurses, P/As, doctors, etc. My only real complaint is that the doctors keep leaving to go work at a different NHC location. Then I have to get acquainted with a new provider, who has to get to know me as well. The Lawn Ave location is within walking distance for me and is so much easier to get to. I have to take two buses to get to Mattina and the other locations. If I could ask for one thing, it would to be to ask the doctors to please stay at the Lawn Ave location!”
