It is a major benefit to all patients of this practice that the doctors work together as a team to take care of any patient regardless of whom that individual patient’s primary physician is.
Dr. Kessler from my first visit on has always listened to my medical concerns, does a terrific job diagnosing and treating my medical issues, works extremely well with the other doctors I see, and finds time to see me on short notice when it is needed.
Bottom line, Kenmore Family Medicine has the absolute best group of primary care physicians in Western New York!”

“I have been going to Evergreen since 2018 and I am a Transgender Male and I have been through 4 different doctors, but I am glad I started going here. I feel so heard and seen. My lastest doctor Sydney Gregory has been the best doctor I have had since going there. She really listens and does everything she can to help me feel better. I would give 10 stars if I could. I have recommended a few people to switch to Evergreen. A friend of mine has been having issues with her doctor so I suggested asking if she can switch to my doctor. Told her how good she has been to me. I give 10 out of 10 rating. Totally recommend Evergreen.”
“The girl at the front desk is amazing. I believe her name is Kim or Kin. The girl with the really long hair. She always has a smile on her face and makes the office feel very welcoming and greets everyone kindly and is so patient.
She helped my elderly parents and took the time to explain everything multiple times so they could understand. We were very confused about referrals and seeing specialists, but she walked us through the whole process without ever making us feel lost. She was incredibly kind and compassionate, and we truly appreciated her help. The 5 stars is for her. Thank you for being kind.”

“My family and I have been at this doctor office year over a decade. I can honestly say we will continue to come to this office no matter where we move to in buffalo. Yes the receptionist can use retaining from time to time but it's understandable where the overwhelming comes from. Over all best choice doctor office in my opinion”
