“I've generally had very good experiences here with all of the nurses, P/As, doctors, etc. My only real complaint is that the doctors keep leaving to go work at a different NHC location. Then I have to get acquainted with a new provider, who has to get to know me as well. The Lawn Ave location is within walking distance for me and is so much easier to get to. I have to take two buses to get to Mattina and the other locations. If I could ask for one thing, it would to be to ask the doctors to please stay at the Lawn Ave location!”

“I don't typically leave reviews but felt I need to due to so many negative reviews for this practice, when I have had nothing but great experiences.I have been seeing Dr. Tota-Thurn and her team at this practice for well over 15 years (probably longer I can't remember it's been so long).I go to both the Union rd and Maple office locations, but have been seen at the Lancaster location as well in a pinch. Dr. Tota-Thurn is wonderful, knowledgeable, and supportive. She takes time to listen and answer questions, she knows my history, and she is very responsive via the patient portal.I never have trouble getting an appointment when needed, though it may be with a mid level, when seen by the PAs I've had great experiences with them as well.I agree with some reviews regarding the phone lines, it can be a very long wait to get through, which is why I rarely call. I use the portal for most everything and both nurses and the doctors get back to me fairly quickly every time (usually within the same day or next day at the latest).If you're in need of a primary care physician, I recommend this practice.”
