We are an older couple and had to bring in a 44 lb packagefor shipping today 3pm on June 6 2023. The two folks behind the counter were the absolute best. They helped us get the package in and took care of us in the most friendly, courteous and professional manner. They Rock!

I was headed to the store that WAS on the opposite corner of Hertel & Delaware,which is where I usually go & saw a big location, across the street. I did not know they moved. No one welcomed me, said hi, or they'd be with me shortly or anything, which I didn't feel was very nice. I didn't know where I had to go to, there were no signs for "Returns", so I just stood around feeling stupid. There was only 1 employee taking care of customers which is definitely not enough ! It took awhile for the girl to finally come to me & within 2 minutes, I was outta there. They would get a higher review if I'd been told anything at all by someone that they'd be with me or so much as a greeting. This location is MUCH bigger than the one across from BK on Hertel & Delaware. They also definitely need more employees working to help everyone. Plenty of parking here which is great. It was quite messy & dirty inside though, which was not pleasant.

FedEx employee (Justin) greeted me as soon as I came through the door Sincerely. Offered to help immediately. He asked what I needed to do, and when I told him and he jumped right in. Helped me with All of it, he did the whole thing for me(made it look easy and explained it in case I ever needed to do it again. He was amazing. I would have been there for an hour if he didn't help me through it. That is one employee who has excellent customer service, and complete knowledge of what his company has to offer. My opinion is that FedEx is blessed to have an employee like that. He took the stress out of the task I had and accomplished it with ease. With an employee like that, you should be getting total return customers, even if they have to drive 20 minutes out of the way. (I know I will). Please let him know I appreciated his help tremendously! I think his boss needs to give him a raise. I would hire him in my company in a heartbeat.

I really don't think ive ever been so displeased with a company or service in my life. After loosing one of my packages or it going missing earlier this week, theyre customer service is equally as bad. They change the expected deliver day on packages so often it's impossible to coordinate a plan to get them. After being on hold for 20+ mins yesterday with a rep asking for the package to come to my house instead since my expected delivery day changed and it threw off my whole schedule she said it was not a problem at all and she put the request through. for whatever reason (probably the same reason they don't know what happened to my package that was lost earlier in the week either) my package went to a FedEx pick up center instead. while out and about already I got the message to come pick the item up from the store using the QR code provided by the app, the man at the store wouldn't release it to me without an ID, I didn't have my Id because I wasnt expecting it to go there or for me to get the notification request while out doing other things, and if I'm literally following the instructions from the app that I was willing to show you is it still a problem? again wasting my time and patience. now I must wait an additional 2 days for them to deliver to my home like it should have been all along. needless to say if I can avoid using FedEx for the rest of my life I surely will!
