*American Disability Act Violation*
I am a man disabled with PTSD and other issues. There is signage for full service printing services: $2.50 fee.
I asked multiple times for full service printing help and multiple times was redirected to the self service printer. She insisted it was easy. I insisted I am disabled and want full service. She turned her back to me to do something else, essentially attempting to strong arm me that I will do self service. She said she would help me if I got stuck as if that was an acceptable alternative to me requesting full service. Lazy. This is also against the law to refuse to render services to Americans with disabilities.
I don’t do well with public environments or new software. I shouldn’t have to justify my disability. I have a FedEx account and am a loyal customer.
Lazy employee. Did not want to help me. Did not care I have disabilities. I walked out. Was embarrassing to me and ought to be embarrassing to corporate and franchise owner.
Management and / or corporate needs to train their employees better. I am glad this isn’t my neighborhood.
I recommend the UPS store across the street they were very accommodating and I didn’t need to mention, let alone justify my disability. They simply provided a printing service like they should for all customers.

Fedex is the worst delivery company if I have a choice, it's not Fedex!!
Latest issue they delivered a package sent a blurry picture of it sitting somewhere? My driveway is long. I live in the country, and the drivers can't drive down a driveway, so I have had a check in an envelope tied to a post at the end of the driveway. At least I could find it hanging on the post. Had a package tied to a random tree along the driveway. Luckily, I spotted it. Now a package was left somewhere with a crappie picture as proof of delivery. If they put it on my porch, I would have it. What mental giant would not let drivers go down a driveway out in the country?
UPS and Prime drivers can drive down my driveway and turn around with no problem. Fedex SUCKS!!!

Such a great experience! Sam was SO helpful and went the extra mile with what I needed. The signs I ordered were discontinued, and she called all other offices to ship in what was left in order to fulfill my order. And to top it off she even put together the stands. Such amazing service!

When I first walked in, I needed some help printing a few things out. One employee was working with another customer, one was working with packages in the back and one was standing behind the counter. The one at the counter had a shit attitude and hey, I get it. We’ve all worked or are currently working jobs that we may not be thrilled about, but there’s no need to take it out on strangers that are just trying to get through our own days doing whatever we need to. He half ass answered my questions and basically just told me that the machines in the front will print out whatever I need. I walked over to the front and then realized none of my paperwork was aligned because I was trying to do this from my phone instead of their computers. Luckily, the other employee that was working with the other customer was now free. He saw my frustration and approached me. He could’ve been careless like the other employee, but he took the initiative to help a customer out. Dan really took the time to make sure all of my paperwork printed out correctly by allowing me to email the stores computer and print like the old days. If it wasn’t for Dan, I probably wouldn’t return to this store again. I heard the first employee I dealt with giving attitude to another customer after me. Hopefully Dan got to her after me too! Haha but if the manager sees this, give that man a raise because he seems to be the only one that has customer service skills and saved you a few customers today at your store!

Delivery from this location is excellent--far faster than USPS. I asked about business cards, and the FedEx employee who worked with me provided helpful information (especially about how to edit and submit online orders). Friendly, knowledgeable staff and effective delivery.

Unreliable delivery. I ordered a specialty item for business use. FedEx delivered it to the wrong house, this is not the first time. The photo of the item on someone else's porch is obscured- which is somewhat suspicious. I even drove around the neighborhood. I filled out the claim form and no one from FedEx has gotten back to me. Now I have to place a 2nd order with the supplier and hope it arrives. I absolutely dread when a supplier notifies me that FedEx is shipping. Seldom have problems with AMAZON, and never with UPS.

I called to ask some information and the guy was very rude on the phone! Not professional at all and I hope that when I have to go there I don't have him to handle picking up my package! Cuz he shouldn't even be dealing with customers he was extremely rude!
