FedEx is great if you want to orders something and don’t care if it ever arrives or shows up much later as a fun surprise. As for normal situations where you do hope you get your package, use literally anybody else.
I’ve just cancelled an order simply because I saw they would ship via FedEx.

Called to give a glowing, 5-star review of a Freight driver, Johnny P., who gave exceptional customer service and the "higher up" I spoke to named Kyle could not have been more unenthused or monotone.
Didn't ask me any questions or pretend to care, just an "Oh yeah, I've got your address here. Thanks for calling." Which totally deflated my happy vibe of the whole positive experience I'd just had! #RUDE

I would suggest using FedEx for any shipping needs. My product has a high chance of surviving the trip, but if it doesn't they are extremely helpful and try to sort it out.
