Ever since Covid they have pretty much screwed up every shipment I've had. Not sure who they have working there now but obviously don't know what they are doing. Will be changing brokers asap!!

Worst broker,they don't even care about drivers waiting at the border,they don't even answer the call,it takes 15 minutes to clear the load and they usually take 5-6 hours ?

The worst company for customs clearance, truck waiting at the border for more than 6 hours, al paperwork was sent 3 hours before the border arrival!!! and this happening every single time with Fedex

Slow clearance. Made a little mistake on our end but to get that problem fixed, our driver had to wait 8 hours at the border. What a joke.

You certainly do not want Fedex as the broker if there is an issue with the shipment...they run like the wind! Pass the buck, one person to another, to another, etc. Very unprofessional and unhelpful. Our shipment was held up for hours and they did nothing to assist. Consider changing broker....

If you call on the weekend all you get is an automated message that says to check their website's quickfind. They don't even update their quick find. I know because they cleared one shipment on Friday but it's still not on their website's quickfind feature for cargo control #s.

FedEx is slow as he'll. - a load leaves Woodstock ont at 11:30 2-1/2 hrs to the border at they can't get it done , don't know what they do in that office , but it can't be paperwork
