It's a novelty store so don't expect great items but good for stuff you wouldn't normally see in a store. However, the bathroom isn't public so don't expect your kids or you to be able to use it.

Store Manager refused to change the price for items that were stocked under 5.55. Even though there were more than 5 items incorrectly stocked.

Terrible store policies: I tried to take back a broken $3 keychain, that only they carry. The store manager demanded a receipt in order to make the exchange. It was cheaper for me to buy a new one than to drive home and bring back a receipt.
That is the last time I will go to that store.

I really dislike entering the store because they have cashiers yelling from their registers to greet you as you enter. Yelling “welcome to five below”. It’s awful to hear 3 or 4 voices while you wait to pay, yelling 50 feet away.
Really irks my gears & has made me not a regular customer any longer. It’s rude to yell period!
