Stopped by yesterday. The store itself was alright. I just feel like the woman at the registers overstepped. I paid with a card and right after my payment went thorugh and I pulled it out, the screen asked me to give employee feed back. She leaned into my personal space and tapped 10/10 stars on the screen. Made me feel like something sketchy was going on where staff were unfairly trying to boost ratings for themselves.

This location is a mess though I don’t blame the employees. Removing self checkout is absurd. First, the company is dense if they didn’t think this location wasn’t going to have high shrink. Then they understaff so the line is 20 people deep with two people cashing and a store that looks like a war zone.
It’s also disgusting seeing the amount of wrapped candy on the floor and wondering if it just goes back in the bins. Also boxes sit in piles for days blocking walk ways. Again it’s NOT the staff. It’s the business trying to stretch people too thinnest as of staffing more or hiring people at a fair wage which would entice more people to apply. Maybe the company needs to focus on basics and not weird add ons like ear piercing. The only place less sanitary than 5 Below for ear piercing would be Claire’s.

Pallets and boxes overflow into the store itself making navigating the store a bit more difficult than needed, and they've started requiring an employee to go through self checkout which slows things down, only usually two out of the several they have are used now because of this.

"Self checkout" needs an employee's assistance now? If theft is such an issue, maybe retrain your employees to pay more attention to the sales floor? It's SELF checkout for a reason. I don't need an employee standing uncomfortably close to me scanning my items for me and holding up the line

This location is consistently unorganized and slow, the register issue consists where you'll be in a line of people while a singular worker helps people use a self-checkout register while the rest of them are closed. It makes no sense and wastes a ton of time.

So many options! Our family liked this store! I liked the toys and the quality looked good. A little messy though because people were not considerate. They threw some stuff here and there. We will visit soon!

Why is there only one register open? We have an entire line and this poor cashier has to cash people out in 1 self checkout lane. It makes no sense at all.

The store was not organized, and their items were just thrown on the shelves. When we checked out, I asked for a bag, and the staff said they were out. I was not impressed with this location.

Freeze dried candy is my favorite and my sisters favorite, and this store had a bunch of it for a very fair price. So happy lol
