You can never see the manger she is either out sick on vacation or is to busy to take care of a simple problem other then that they are friendly

Their app is 100% impossible to use and I’m very tech savvy…. Got a loan for a vehicle through them and I will have to go into a physical location every month to pay my note because it’s impossible to pay on their website or app.

These people are really ignorant. I missed a payment for my car and I tried to come in to pay for it the next month and they already send it to collections. They say I have to pay 2 back payments which I came up with the money than she wants to tell me that I need 200 more to not have my car repoed! This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this bank to anyone !
