Bought a pair of sneakers online and used the pick up option at their store. Went in to refund because I didnt need it anymore. It was a little past their return deadline but they had no problem with it. 5/5 would buy from them again.

i asked for a paper receipt at check out, clerk said they only provide email receipts, i said that can`t be possible, he insisted, i asked for a manager, got the same response, i didn`t want to hold up people waiting any more so i just gave them my email, now watch the spam start rolling in!! i`m from Canada and need the paper receipt for crossing the border, i mention this to the clerk, he then says "OH IF YOU NEED A PAPER COPY FOR CROSSING THE BORDER I CAN PRINT YOU ONE!!!! unbelievable!! they then put a single t shirt in a giant paper bag that wastes more paper than 500 receipts would!!

Great place to find different variety of shoes. From infant to adult sizes. The store is a little small but the staff is helpful and quick.

Went in yesterday for some sneakers for my baby. The employees were having personal conversations while the store was seemingly busy. I had to go over to the register to ask for assistance, & when it (he) came over he instead advised me that another employee could have assisted me since she was already in the section I was in ( assisting a family of 4!) Smh, how freaking rude! So I advised him that since he was on company time instead of lollygagging with his co-workers maybe assisting paying customers should be more important! Smh, I dropped the sneaker & walked out! Never again!!!
