Forever 21 is a classic store with great styles and sales. The staff is incredibly helpful, polite, kind, and patient, going out of their way to assist with returns and other issues. The store offers cute little things for teens, including fun accessories and Hello Kitty stuff. Customers love the plus size dresses and clothes, though some wish for more options in smaller sizes. However, the store could use a serious cleaning, as the floors are dangerous and some repairs are needed. It is a fun place to walk around and is highly recommended for a smooth, great experience.
I lost my receipt for a dres I purchased here & thought I wouldnt be able to return it. The staff was kind enough to go out of their way to re-print my old receipt so Id be able to complete my refund. They were super kind and patient with me! Smooth, great experience here!

They always bring cute little things for teens. Even if you don't find clothes that you like, it's fun to walk around and find cute accessories and Hello Kitty stuff.

It is way too hot in there. Also no benches to try shoes on in the main floor. Came here with my sister from out of town and there was only one cashier. Overall a good time but the heat was unbearable.
