Twas the day before the first snowstorm & we all packed Fox Tire for tires on our vehicles when along comes shop manager calling us by name & vehicle name. The mechanics took no breaks & knocked out work order after work order so we could get back to work or home. Surely there will be a complaint but Fox did all they could to handle us all as timely as possible. Happy Thanksgiving Buffalo & Go Bills Go Sabres!

My first experience at Fox Tire was great, the staff was very professional and helpful. Brian took a look at my tires first before giving me an estimate and let me know exactly how many tires I needed as well as new lug nuts. I was given 3 different price and tire choices to choose from which was helpful for my budget. The guys were friendly enough to offer me a slice of fresh pizza while I waited on my service. Highly recommend & this will be my go to place for tires!

I was referred by another automotive business that could have taken care of me. When I explained that I needed 4 snow tires and rims for a car I bought for my granddaughter he said the best place to go would be Fox Tire and to see Max Fox. I went there and I couldnât be more impressed. I have brain damage and Max was extremely patient with me, as I get easily confused. I found a nail in my tire and stopped in without an appointment. Max got me in right away and they had it fixed quickly. Iâve also been coming here for years to have my winter tires put on and taken off every season, and theyâve always been fast, reliable, and easy to work with. The service is consistently great, which is why I trust them with all my tire needs. Highly recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Max! He went above and beyond to help me find the perfect winter tires, making the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. Max clearly knows his stuffâhe listened to what I needed, gave great recommendations, and made sure I got high-quality tires at a great value.
What impressed me even more was how quickly everything got done. My tires were changed efficiently and right on schedule, with no delays or hassle. The service was professional, friendly, and genuinely customer-focused from start to finish.

The guys behind the counter are helpful, their multi-tasking skills are impressive to say the least. They charged us fairly for 4 brand new tires and they were ready for us as promised. Will definitely come back to Fox Tire for the next set! Thank you!

Didnât have the best experience here to be honest, and Iâve been coming to Fox for quite some time.
I came to them because the brake power booster needed to be replaced in my vehicle. The check engine light was on and the brakes were super hard to press.
They charged me a little over 1k to fix the problem which was fine.
The problem:
When I went to get my car back from them the check engine light was still on, and the brakes were still hard to press. I went back and forth with the gentleman on the phone who just told me âwell we already fixed your issue youâll have to take it to the dealershipâ despite my protests that they hadnât done something right.
Sure enough made an appointment to the dealership which took a little bit to get fit in, they run down tests and find out that I WAS RIGHT. Fox tire had damaged my brake boater while installing it leading to the underlying issue.
I called Fox back and explained to them what the dealership told me and theyâre arguing with me about if my vehicles repairs are under âwarrantyâ or not as if theyâre not the ones who messed up the original job I paid them to fix. Had you of just listened to me the first time and double checked your work we wouldnât be here.
Anyways I had to spend another $200 to get the car towed from the dealership and back to Fox, and not to mention all the ubering I had to do from work and home for weeks due to their negligence. And nobody seemed apologetic at all if anything if seemed like the got really defensive being told they jacked up.
Definitely will be going to my dealership from now on, as the price is worth getting some basic courtesy or respect cause clearly Fox doesnât really care as long as they get paid.
