Tim Brooks is my lawyer. Tim is fantastic with people. When he speaks he is very confident in his tone. He was extremely transparent about every step of the process. He always responded in a timely fashion with any questions or concerns I had. He was very diligent with dates and his notes and information. He always came in knowing exactly what the details of my case. Instead of having to shuffle through notes and paperwork. You could tell he read through my information the day off. When I would assume he deals with dozens of people at a time. All in all i would highly recommend Frank and Tim for any mistakes you have made in your time.

Frank and his paralegals rock. He's a great lawyer who is very charismatic. He really cares about his clients and his demeanor makes you feel positive but he isn't misleading. Its cool to see them look at your case from so many angles. I highly recommend him. I'm glad he's representing my husband.

I had seven charges two of which were felonies and he got the whole thing reduced to a single DWAI charge. Absolutely fantastic lawyer, great at reading the personality of the judge and the DA and figuring out the best way to handle the case according to all variables. Frank also had a very reassuring attitude and did not hesitate to explain all aspects of the case and assuage any concerns I had, and was happy to spend as much time as necessary to put my mind at ease.I will be recommending Frank Bogulski to any friends or family that need a lawyer in the future for sure, easy to reach, friendly, and very skilled.
