“It seems I have visited this funeral home too many times in the past several years. Joe Lombardo and Gordon and their entire team are absolutely phenomenal! They wait on you hand and foot. There have ALWAYS been four or MORE staff members on every occasion I have been there for. The funeral staff is highly attentive, on their feet and visible at all times! They bake fresh cookies and pass cold water to everyone in attendance at their establishments. Someone is at the door at all times to make you feel at home. They actually make an effort to get to know you. They simply treat everyone like family. A golf cart is available to take family members to their cars. You always feel welcome and like you are their only person in need. I have dealt with Joe and Gordon personally and are not just businessmen, they are very spiritual caretakers and never give off that fake persona you see most snooty funeral home directors portray. Even the staff seem genuine and happy to be there. Real people not fake money grabbing actors! They are known for low cost funerals but are worth going to at any cost! I have never been so comfortable at such unpleasant times in my life. If you want to feel " at home" at a funeral home, I highly recommend Lombardo's funeral home!”
