I don't get why the have a phone because they don't answer it I've been calling for days no one picks up the phone. I would like to know if they have something before I go in store but NOBODY will pick up the store phone. Only gamestop ever that just doesn't answer the phone.

Not recommended. I ordered Dragon Age: The Veilguard for store pickup, and an employee thought it was appropriate to complain about the "politics" in the game.
Very unprofessional and remarkably tone deaf.
