I ordered game freaks for pick up and had my brother pick it up because my leg is broken and I couldn’t make it to GameStop and they wouldn’t give it to him they told me I had to cancel it and have him come back and pick it up terrible rules form GameStop

This was 1 of 3 GameStops I called multiple times and did not answer. I gave them benefit of the doubt and assumed they were busy. I go in, there's 2 workers working which makes me wonder why they didn't answer. I ask them for a USB-C to A cable, the lady says she has none, so I ask her to check other GameStops to see if they have them. She then mentions "you're not going to get to another GameStop in time" which was obvious considering it was 8:51pm at the time so there was no need to say that. After checking the system, she realizes there's multiple in stock in her store. So, she proceeds to go in the back and grabs them. Mind you, she didn't bother to check the system or the backroom at all when I asked if they had them in stock prior to that.
In short, workers didn't pick up the phone and did the very minimal when it came to checking for stuff and almost sent me out empty handed.

Terrible service. Asian dude in front counter working register was super misogynistic was super rude when I was just asking simple questions about the products I wanted to buy. If this is the norm of your employees then you will lose a lot of customers. Do better. I hope he gets fired.

Very helpful gentleman behind the counter that cashed me out as well, I was in a rush and he made my process quick and was helpful and even offered to help find pop figures I was looking for

Not a good look to have employees let alone members of so called management, talking bad about former employees to current customers. Especially when said employees are known for being increasingly unreliable, and should never be part of the company at all. Will be reaching out to higher management, as this is incredibly disrespectful and uncalled for. Do not recommend this location at all, go to any other location to not be disrespected

Zero help and rude called about suicide squad and they said they had them but when I went they told me I had to wait until Monday. Paying for your pro membership isn’t worth it went you guys never have physical games anymore and your service sucks when you tell me I can come get a game just to pull a fast one on me.

It's a GameStop. I'm glad they still exist.Staff was super polite and helpful, and clearly passionate about gaming. Been there twice, and would go again anytime.

Good selection of games. Didn't have what I wanted but that's fair because it wasn't a common item. Purchased another game instead. Would go again.
