For truckers, directions note using Exit 5 off I-90 and looking for the blue and white sign. The guard shack is visible after a turn. Loading can take about three hours for weights around 25,000 lb. The professional staff is amazing at getting drivers loaded despite being busy and short-handed at times, persevering even when systems go down. Overnight parking is not available, but a bathroom is on site. Backing into the docks near the train tracks can be a learning experience.
