The store workers, and Pharmacy workers are very nice and helpful. The only people that don't have a good experience here, are those that come into the store already angry at the world. Then they blame it on these people. While waiting in line here I have watched so many people be rude to the workers and they are very polite back. These people leaving bad reviews are the problem. Not the workers.

A dreadful experience. The place was empty and I was having trouble finding what I was looking for. The sales help really didn't want to bother and were quite upset that I disturbed them. Not being from Buffalo I didn't know when I would see another pharmacy so I forced them off their asses to help me. Honestly, life shouldn't be this hard. I understand why the store was empty. Next time, Walgreens.

Having been back here a number of times in the past week I felt I could update. I have now had experience with the pharmacy dep't as well. I came in for some aid with a terrible cold I had been nursing for a week. The OTC medicine was working sort of but I needed a quick fix for a stuffy nose. The pharmacist was helpful and made suggestions which worked. I returned a few days later when I wanted a new course of OTC medicines since the cold was still active. He suggested I stay with what I was doing as the cold should run its course in a few more days. While I was sad not to her that a new option existed to make me feel better I was happy that he was honest and gave good advice. I'd come here again to get advice or fill a dr ordered prescription.

The pharmacy is absolute hell on earth. The pharmacy techs are decent people; the pharmacists themselves think they are god and above the law. They hide behind the "supervising pharmacists", & their favorite word is "No". Would give no stars if i could.
