Don't be heavy because they don't sell to you. Got rid of anything above xl for men. Don't know about women sizes.

The nicest Goodwill of WNY ( and I’ve shopped at ALL of them!) The workers were so pleasant and helpful. It’s like shopping with friends. The other locations should be trained here, they are doing it right?

looks like they pick thru all the good stuff and sell it for top dollar online. Seems like they just have these stores to get your donations.

My mom and I are avid thrifters and we tend to shop around. We went in to a new Goodwill and while it was very nice, organized, what really upset us is the smell of the clothing. Twice now, we have bought clothing that had a very pungent smell to them. WE thought the first time was just a weird thing thta happened, but we went back and it's happened again. It's either perfume or detergent of some kind but you can't get the smell out! This store doesn't allow returns at all, we've washed the clothes geez at least 5 times (baking soda, white vinegar,Dryell, hot water, cold water) and have left them outside to "air" out for 3 or 4 days..nothing. They still stink. Now, normally this probably wouldn't be an issue, I suppose most people don't even notice being scent blind and all, but unfortunately, my mother has terrible allergies and I get scent triiggered migraines, making it impossible to wear these clothes (2 pairs of jeans and 4 or 5 t-shirts) which total around $45.00..granted it's not thousands, but on a tight budget any waste of money is a waste. I'm very dissapointed and won't be shopping at any thrift stores again. I don't understand why things need to be marinated in perfumes or detergents but the smell is appalling.

Whoever is running this location’s social media is absolutely unhinged. Yesterday they posted a video of a dress on tik tok. A user asked where they bought it and then realized it was a post from Goodwill so obviously, it was from Goodwill. In response to this the social media team bullied them and told them they had bad style and to go to Plato’s Closet? Then when someone else called them out on their behavior they flat out blocked them. I’ve never seen such bad customer service via an online platform in my life?

Yesterday I went to pick up items I purchased around 330-4 I had got a uhaul and everything because the items couldn't fit in my car I asked to get my items they said I can't get it because the warehouse close at 3 none of this info of them closing a warehouse at 3 is online it says they close at 430 so im thinking i made it on time i got off work an hour early aswell. The info need to be updated on the site. I wasted money getting a uhaul I couldn't even use.

Spend a lot of time browsing Goodwill stores. It is time to reopen the bathrooms. COVID is far enough in the rear view mirror that no bathrooms is simply beginning to look like lazy.
